Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Skullda collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account details (email, company name), billing information (processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), and business data you upload or connect (social media accounts, website URLs, Google Sheets, ad accounts).
We automatically collect: usage data (agent runs, credits consumed), device and browser information, and cookies necessary for authentication and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
To deliver and improve the Service, process payments, send service-related communications, and provide customer support. We do not train AI models on your business data. Your data is used exclusively to power your agents.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted third-party services necessary to operate Skullda: Stripe (payment processing), OpenAI and Google AI (agent intelligence), and cloud hosting providers. These services are contractually bound to protect your data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon cancellation, data is deleted within 90 days unless required for legal or compliance purposes.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact us at contact@skullda.com to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
8. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
