Terms of Service

By using Skullda ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Skullda provides autonomous AI agents that perform marketing tasks including social media posting, email outreach, competitor analysis, SEO optimization, and performance reporting on behalf of subscribers.
2. Accounts & Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Skullda offers monthly subscription plans. Charges are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time — unused credits roll over until consumed. Refunds are provided only as required by applicable law.
4. Credits
Credits represent units of autonomous agent tasks. Unused credits roll over month to month. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Credits may expire if an account is inactive for 12 consecutive months.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Skullda for any illegal activity, to send spam, to impersonate others, to distribute malware, or to violate any applicable laws. Skullda reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data & Privacy
Skullda processes business data you provide to deliver the Service. We do not train AI models on your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Limitation of Liability
Skullda provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skullda is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Unused credits are forfeited after 30 days from termination unless otherwise required by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
